To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference will need to be paid at the time of the exchange.

Ship the Item: Once the RA number is provided, ship the item back to us at the address specified by our team. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange:
If the exchanged item is of equal value, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.
If the exchanged item is of greater value, you will need to pay the price difference. Once the payment is received, we will dispatch your new item.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value, we will process a store credit for the difference, which can be used for future purchases.
