At ShopicDot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your furniture and home décor purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review the details below to understand how returns work.
We accept returns for most items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item is in new, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear.
The item is returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or instructions that came with it.
You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to initiate a return.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees (see Non-Refundable Items and Return Shipping below).

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send any items back without this number.
Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all components and documentation.
Ship the Item: Once you’ve received the RA number and packaging instructions, send the item back to the address provided. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
After we receive your returned item and it has passed inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for large or custom items.
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or customization. These items include:
Customized or made-to-order furniture (including personalized pieces or items with specific dimensions).
Large furniture items, such as sofas, sectionals, bed frames, and mattresses, if they have been assembled or used.
Final sale or clearance items (as marked on product pages).
Items with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer, including scratches, stains, or marks.
Mattresses, pillows, or bedding that have been opened or used.
Gift cards or store credit.
Home décor accessories (such as rugs, throw pillows, and vases) that have been opened or used.
Please inspect your items carefully before completing your purchase to ensure they meet your expectations, as these items are not eligible for return.

Be sure to provide photos of the damage and any relevant order details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item is safely delivered back to us. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
