  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the shipping destination and carrier availability.

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options. Orders placed with expedited shipping are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • White Glove Delivery: For large or heavy items such as furniture, we offer White Glove Delivery. This service includes delivery and professional in-home assembly. Delivery times for White Glove service vary but typically take 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods (such as holidays) and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and location of your order. You will be provided with an estimated shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery Locations

We currently offer shipping to all US states and territories. However, we do not currently ship to international addresses. 

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Damages

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible. Please follow these steps to report a damage issue:

Shipping Restrictions

  • Assembly Services: If you purchase an assembly service, the assembly will only be provided for items delivered within our service areas. Assembly may not be available in certain remote or rural locations.

  • Furniture with Customization: Customized furniture (e.g., made-to-order items) may take longer to ship due to personalization and production times.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to various factors such as:

  • Weather conditions: Inclement weather can delay shipping and delivery times.

  • Carrier delays: We partner with reliable courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS., but occasional delays may happen due to their schedules.

  • Holiday periods: During holidays, shipping carriers experience high volumes, which may result in slower delivery times.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an item is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, shipping error, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refused Shipments
